Subtech Offshore is a sub-sea support service provider to the international offshore Oil & Gas Industry, based in Doha, Qatar.  The company is IMCA approved and certified by all the major classification societies.

Subtech provides a full range of services including:  Dive intervention (air & saturation) for both inshore and offshore operations; Salvage operations; Subsea installations, repairs, inspections and maintenance; Call out service in the Qatar region; Project management; Technical & logistical support and Subsea engineering.

Subtech supplies state of the art air diving equipment and, through its partners, is able to offer saturation diving systems, ROVs and DP Dive support vessels.  Subtech Offshore's operations focus in the Middle East region but are expanding into West Africa, with a presence in the Gulf of Mexico and Far East region. They aim to supply clients with a fully comprehensive, safe, competitive and world-class service.

Subtech Offshore (Subtech Qatar Diving & Marine Services LLC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Subtech Ltd, a Seychelles based commercial diving company which has been in operation since 2008 and which is 100% subsidiary company of Mermaid Offshore Services Limited (a Thailand based company) of Mermaid Maritime Group.

GENTAS, a subsidiary of STARC, has signed a joint venture with Subtech Offshore.
